In June 1979 our company
first began to set the ground arrangements for incoming group and
individual tours. Initially, we dealt exclusively with American,
German, British, Swiss, and Japanese groups. This gave us the
experience not only in making detailed and complex arrangements, but
also in striving to achieve a high standard in all aspects of tour
operating. To maintain this high standard, we have ensured that the
training aims and needs of our company are properly identified and
achieved.
We consider our role is
in assisting overseas tour operators in producing and operating tours
though which their clients can see and feel our nation’s heart and enjoy
Egypt’s historical & cultural heritage.
Meanwhile, we have
special agreements and contracts with almost all the hotels, beach
resorts, Nile cruise operators, and numerous restaurants throughout
Egypt.
The quality of the
services offered by each supplier is carefully monitored and the
contracts we have entered into enable us to pass on to your groups and
individuals competitive rates and savings.
Nowadays, more and more
tour operators are placing their business with us because they
understand that our staff care about their clients.
Being an IATA member,
we hold ticket stock for all airlines working in Egypt.
Therefore, we issue
tickets and make reservations on all airlines. we have, also, installed
a sophisticated computer system which ensures avoiding any booking or
ticketing mishaps.
Egypt, nowadays, is
becoming a good outgoing market and our Outgoing Department organizes
individual and group tours worldwide and we’ve recently entered into
agreement with several worldwide hotel chains and reliable tour
operators to offer a full range of services and accommodations in more
than fifty countries.
